RouteFix does not track your location. It uses your saved plan, your device clock, and your taps - nothing else.

What RouteFix is

RouteFix is a clock-based travel planning and live trip assistant. It follows your saved plan by time, shows you when you are falling behind, and offers options to fix the rest of your day. You choose what happens. Nothing changes automatically.

What data RouteFix collects

• Account data - your name and email address. Supabase Auth securely manages your login credentials.
• Trip plans - the stops, times, durations, and budgets you enter or generate. These belong to you and are stored to power the live engine.
• Live session events - when you mark a step done, tap “I’m late,” or choose a fix option. These are stored to reconstruct your session if you reload the page.
• Device timezone - read once when you start a live trip, used to match your device clock to your trip’s planned times.

What RouteFix does not collect

• GPS location or any location data.
• Camera, microphone, or contacts.
• Background activity - RouteFix only runs when you have it open.
• Browsing history or data from other apps.
• Advertising identifiers or third-party tracking.

How RouteFix uses your data

• To display your saved trip plan and run the live engine.
• To calculate whether you are on time based on your device clock.
• To show recalculation options when you fall behind.
• To restore your session if you reload during a live trip.

RouteFix does not sell your data. It does not share your trip or account data with third parties for advertising.

Sample and estimated data

Trip durations, travel times, and costs shown in RouteFix are estimates. They are based on your plan inputs and reasonable defaults - not real-time data from external APIs. Sample trips are clearly labeled as sample trips. Estimated values are clearly labeled as estimates.

RouteFix does not guarantee the accuracy of any duration, cost, or travel time estimate. You are responsible for verifying real-world conditions.

Data retention and deletion

Your account and trip data are retained while your account exists. You can delete your trips from within the app. Account deletion removes all associated data. To request full data deletion, contact us at the email below.

Cookies and storage

RouteFix uses browser local storage to keep you logged in and to remember small preferences (such as whether you have dismissed the install prompt). No third-party cookies are used.
