Acceptance

By using RouteFix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. RouteFix is currently in a pre-launch testing phase. Terms may change before public release.

What RouteFix is

RouteFix is a clock-based travel planning and live trip assistant. It helps you build a trip plan, run it live on your travel day, and recover when things fall behind. It uses your saved plan, your device clock, and your manual inputs.

RouteFix does not make bookings, reservations, or payments. It does not connect to booking platforms or ticketing systems. Any reservations in your plan are ones you have made yourself.

No GPS tracking

RouteFix does not use GPS or request your device location. It tracks your travel day by time - comparing your device clock to your planned step times. You confirm progress by tapping “Done” or “I’m Late.”

Nothing changes without your choice

When RouteFix detects that you are behind schedule, it shows you options. It does not apply any change automatically. You review the options and choose. If you do nothing, your plan stays as it is. Completed steps are never modified.

Estimates and sample data

Trip durations, travel times, and cost estimates in RouteFix are approximate. They are based on your plan inputs and reasonable defaults. RouteFix does not use live data from external APIs at this stage. All sample trips and estimated values are labeled as such.

RouteFix does not guarantee that estimates are accurate for your specific journey. You are responsible for verifying travel conditions, transport schedules, and venue availability yourself.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own travel decisions.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the plan you enter.
• RouteFix is a planning aid, not a replacement for your own judgement.
• Do not rely on RouteFix for time-critical travel with no backup plan.

Limitation of liability

RouteFix is provided as-is during the pre-launch period. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteFix is not liable for missed transport, lost bookings, or any travel disruption arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

These terms will be updated before public launch. Continued use of RouteFix after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Major changes will be communicated in-app.
